Cold outreach review
Review five openings. Look at relevance, the architecture you chose, and the response you actually received. More variety is not automatically better; the opening needs to fit the person and channel.
Observation
Lead with a specific, accurate observation about the prospect’s situation. Connect it to a useful question.
Peer
Use genuine peer context or a real shared reference. Do not imply an introduction, relationship, or result you cannot substantiate.
Confusion
Put the uncertainty on your understanding and invite correction. Use the Confused-Skeptic tone without pretending to know the prospect.
